Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. It usally takes 7 to 14 days from purchase for orders to be delivered.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided to you once your order is shipped, depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Only standing shipping rate apply at the time.  We do not offer rush shipping due to many of our products being made to order

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance procedures or delivery carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HoneySpice is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

HoneySpice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. However, please note that some products may not be available for international shipping due to size, weight, or other restrictions.
